Update: Your Impact in the Congo, Quebec and Haiti!

REPOST: The following report was originally posted on June 14. Due to a technically error, it was deleted from the website. We are reposting the content below. (We apologize if you are receiving this for the second time.)

CONGO REPORT

On Monday, June 14 the admissions office for the first RHEMA Bible Training College Campus on the African Continent opened its doors in Kinshasa, Democatric Republic of the Congo.

Team180 members Andy & Ruth Joseph from Haiti have done an amazing job training the office staff and have already begun interviewing applicants!

Ken and Tonja Taylor will be heading to the Congo on June 24 to continue preparations for the September 20th Kinshasa launch.

They will also be heading across the Congo River to Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo to meet with key leaders in preparations for a campus launch in that nation.

QUEBEC REPORT

On June 12, 2021 a virtual graduation ceremony was held for the graduates of RHEMA Quebec. This was the 11th graduating class since the training center was founded by the Taylors in 2007. Ike and Cindy Cool, who are currently serving as campus directors did an amazing job of making this a special day for the graduates in spite of the challenges and restriction presented by COVID 19.

HAITI REPORT

On August 21, another 265 students are slated to graduate from the Rhema Haiti campus.

This will be the third graduating class since the school’s inception in 2012.

The Future is Bright

In spite of the ongoing challenges of civil unrest, gang violence and rampant kidnapping, the students and alumni of Rhema Haiti remain positive and hopeful for the future of their nation!

In May the Rhema Haiti administrative team interviewed over 400 candidates who applied to be part of the incoming student body that are scheduled to begin their ministerial training in October, 2021.

Following the upcoming Rhema Haiti graduation this August, OVER 1,100 leaders will have been trained since 2007 at the French-speaking RHEMA campuses in Quebec, Haiti, France and Switzerland. With the imminent launch of the new French campuses in Africa, that number is set to multiply exponentially over the next few years.
