YOU LAUNCHED NINE CAMPUSES ACROSS HAITI THIS AUGUST!
NEW CENTERS ALREADY SERVING STUDENTS ALL ACROSS THE NATION
Last month we shared the vision for an ambitious plan that would allow Rhema Haiti to continue training ministers in spite of COVID-19 related restrictions, political unrest and gang related road blocks that have frequently paralyzed the nation. The goal was to launch nine “breakout” campuses throughout the country to allow easy access, safe passage and permit appropriately sized groups to gather in light of the social distancing measures put in place by the government. We’re thrilled to report that all nine regional centers are up and running since August 10th and serving our 349 current students.
This month students received packets including SD Cards loaded with over 48 hours of audio & visual class materials and 53 e-books. (Special thanks to longtime friends John & Laura Madan and the ministry of Éditions Victoire in France for the e-books!)
In our next phase of the plan students will have the possibility, when necessary, to gather at their assigned regional campus and follow live classes via Zoom in accordance with government regulations or other emergency measures.
Beyond the COVID-19 crisis, these mini-campuses will serve as regional administrative offices and and provide venues for continuing education and alumni events.

Rhema Haiti graduates, already pastoring in these regions, enthusiastically volunteered to open up their facilities and raise up the teams needed to oversee these operations.
With your support, the ENTIRE project was organized and executed solely by Haitians! We’re convinced this will serve as a prototype for what we’ll be doing in the future as we equip more and more national leaders to help us expand into French-speaking Africa!

Andy & Ruth Joseph are not only graduates, they also serve as RHEMA Haiti’s administrators and are nations180 team members. They did an amazing job of raising up, training and overseeing the nine new regional campus coordinators. It was an exemplary display of Spirit-filled, Spirit-led leadership. Andy and Ruth are also playing a huge role in our expansion plans for French-speaking Africa! After being stuck in the USA for six months due to COVID-19 they finally flew home to Haiti today (August 30)

Thanks to the generous gifts of our 180partners, the $28,000 budget for launching the nine “breakout campuses” has been met!
The following equipment is being provided in order to enable each location to host “live” virtual classes as well as alumni and training events via Zoom:
Reliable fibre-optic cable for video conferencing
Generators for energy independence
Large screen TV for group viewing
Laptop computer & Printer
Sound system with battery powered emergency back-up capability
A NEW MINISTRY COMPUTER HAS Also BEEN PROVIDED for nations180
We’re also grateful to report that the budget to replace our nearly 10 year old ministry computer was also met and this update is being prepared on a new MacBook Pro!
